Deborah Sable finds her own happiness in helping others.

Her own personal path is what inspired her to dedicate her life helping others achieve their personal fitness and spiritual goals. Deborah’s talent to inspire others is matched by her insatiable love for people and dedication to helping them dig deep and find the courage and strength to acquire ultimate health.

As the owner of Corefit a corporate fitness company and personal coach, Deborah manages to find time helping her community. Deborah is very active in the Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce as well as devoting time to the Advisory Board of Haven Hills, a safe place for abused and battered women, also spending a few hours a week working the crisis hot line at Haven Hills and working with Penny Lane a loving place for children of all ages to go who have been in an abusive and drug filled home environment. Her energetic smile and enthuiasiam for life permeates her pores and as long as there are people in need, Deborah will never be without anything to do.

With 13 years in the fitness industry Deborah has became the most sought after coach and fitness consultant in the private and corporate industries. Her personal training clientele ranges from the hard working housewife to the TV stars like Pamela Anderson and Donna D’Erico from Baywatch and Baywatch Nights.

Education is extremely important to Deborah. As part of her dedication too others she constantly wants to learn new and innovated workout programs. She has had the privilege of watching her client with MS make incredible improvements from sitting in her chair to getting up and tossing a 6 pound medicine ball without losing her balance. Countless others have lost not just pounds, but more importantly body fat while lowering their cholesterol and blood pressure. She has numerous certifications through the International Sports and Sciences Association, Continental Organization of Registered Fitness Instructors and Trainers and Qruzer & Precision Cycling. In 1996 Deborah was featured in the Women’s Fitness Magazine for her determination to overcome her own personal pitfalls in her own quest for health and happiness.

As a dedicated mother and grandmother, Deborah spends her spare time spoiling her family and golden retriever. Nothing gives her more pleasure than watching her grandson and dog play together. Keeping in optimal health is just one way she shows how much she loves her family and herself, the other way is showing them how to keep in optimal health.
